You didn't train for years to write prior-auth letters at 9 p.m.

Psychiatric practice runs on messages, refills, forms and payer paperwork. AI can draft much of it in seconds, but most tools and tutorials aren't built for mental health, and one wrong copy-paste into a consumer chatbot can put patient privacy at risk.

  • Which AI tools will actually sign a BAA, and which features are excluded?
  • How do you use AI for refills and triage without letting it make clinical calls?
  • What can you safely automate, and what must always come to you?

The Toolkit answers those questions with templates you can use this week.

FAQ

Is the Toolkit HIPAA compliant?

The Toolkit is educational material, not software, so it doesn't handle patient data. It teaches HIPAA-aware ways to use AI: BAA checks, de-identification and human review. Your practice remains responsible for its own compliance.

Do I need to send you any patient information?

No, never. Please don't. Our support tools aren't set up for PHI, and we'll delete any message that contains it.

Which AI tools does this work with?

Any. The templates are tool-agnostic. The vendor checklist covers common scribes, AI assistants with BAA options, automation platforms, voice agents and EHR add-ons.

Will AI make clinical decisions in these workflows?

No. AI drafts, sorts and summarizes. A clinician reviews and signs. Controlled-substance refills and any possible safety concern always go straight to the clinician.

I'm not a PMHNP. Is it useful?

Psychiatrists and psychiatric practice staff will find most of it directly usable. Other specialties can use the rules, checklist and front-desk templates. Specialty editions are planned.

Is there a call, coaching or setup help?

No. It's fully self-serve, so the price stays low. Support covers access and billing questions by email: just reply to your receipt.

Is this legal advice?

No. It's general education. State laws on AI in mental health care are changing, so check with a healthcare attorney in your state.

Can I share it with my group?

One purchase covers one practice and its staff. Please don't post or resell it.

What if it's not for me?

Request a refund within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

14-day, no-questions-asked refund

If the Toolkit isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by replying to your purchase receipt email (refund policy), and you'll get a full refund to your original payment method. One refund per customer.
