These terms apply to the AI-Optimized Practice website and to the AI-Optimized Practice Toolkit (the "Toolkit"). By buying or using the Toolkit, you agree to them.

What the Toolkit is

The Toolkit is a digital download of educational templates, prompts and checklists about using AI tools in a healthcare practice. It is not software and does not process patient information.

Education only

The Toolkit is not medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, billing or compliance advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Buying or using it does not create a clinician–patient, attorney–client, consulting or HIPAA business-associate relationship.

Your responsibilities

• Do not enter protected health information (PHI) into any AI tool unless your practice has a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with that vendor and the feature you use is covered.
• A licensed clinician must review and approve every AI-generated draft before it is used in patient care, sent to anyone, or saved to a record. You are responsible for your clinical decisions and documentation.
• You are responsible for following the laws, payer rules and licensing-board rules that apply to your practice.
• Do not send us patient information. Any we receive will be deleted.

License

One purchase gives one practice (one legal entity and its staff) a license to use, copy and adapt the materials for its own internal use and patient communications. You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute, or include the materials in a product or course for others. All other rights are reserved.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Accuracy

Vendor features, BAA terms, prices and laws change. Information in the Toolkit is current only as of the "last checked" date shown in it. Confirm details directly with vendors and qualified advisors before relying on them.

No endorsement

Vendors are named for education only. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or paid by any vendor named in the Toolkit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
